| Access Requirements | In order to apply for with/without thesis masters program, the following conditions must bet met: A bachelors certificate that the program accepts, an ALES document from ÖSYM for Turkish citizen, a GRE and a Turkish Proficiency exam docuemnt from Anakara University Turkish and Foregin Language Research and Application Center (TÖMER). | |
| Conditions for Success | The masters program with thesis consists of 24 credits and at least eight courses, along with one seminar course and a thesis. The seminar course and thesis are non-credit and evaluated as successful or unsuccessful. The masters program with thesis consists of a total of 130 ECTS credits. At least nine courses including seminar courses, which add up to 60 AKTS, and the thesis should be completered. The masters program without thesis consists of a total of 30 credits and a minimum of 10 courses and a term project course, all adding up to not less than 90 ECTS. Students are required to register for this course in the semester in which the term project is taken and to submit a written project and / or report at the end of the semester. The term project course is non-credit and is considered successful or unsuccessful. | |

- The Department of Mathematics started its Masters and Doctorate programs in Fall 2012, and graduated its first Masters students in 2013 and first doctorate in 2017.
