- Adalet Bakanlığının açmış olduğu sınavı kazanmak kaydıyla, icra dairesi müdürlüğü yapabilir.
- Adalet Bakanlığının açmış olduğu sınavı kazanmak kaydıyla, zabıt katipliği yapabilir.
- Adalet Bakanlığının açmış olduğu sınavı kazanmak kaydıyla, ceza infaz kurumlarında müdürlük yapabilir.
