Öğrenme Kazanımları (Tanım)	Türk Yargı sistemine hakimdir Hukuk uygulamasında karşılaşılan temel sorunların bilgisine sahiptir. Alanında hukuk metodolojisine ilişkin temel düzeyde teorik bilgilere sahiptir, bu alandaki temel bilimsel bilgiye ulaşabilir, değerlendirebilir ve uygulayabilir. Adli hizmetler alanında ihtiyaçları karşılayıcı temel bilgileri kullanmalarını sağlayacak becerileri kazanır. Hukukun temel kavramlarına ve hukuk metodolojisine ilişkin temel bilgilerden hareketle yalın hukuk sorunlarını çözer. Çalışabileceği iş alanlarında kendisi için yeterli olabilecek seviyede bilgisayar, yazılım ve iletişim teknolojilerini kullanır. Temel hukuk metinlerini asgarî düzeyde inceler, yorumlar, değerlendirir. Adli, idari ve diğer birimlerde sorumluluk alır, bağımsız olarak iş akışını düzenler. Analitik düşünme yeteneği kazanır. Bir yabancı dili en az Avrupa Dil Portföyü A2 genel düzeyinde kullanarak alanındaki bilgileri izler ve meslektaşları ile iletişim kurabilir. Demokrasi, laiklik, sosyal devlet ve hukukun üstünlüğü gibi anayasal değerde temel ilkelerin önemi ve vazgeçilmezliğinin bilincine vararak bu ilkeleri benimser. Ekip çalışması yürütebilir, sorumluluğu altında çalışanların gelişimlerine yönelik faaliyetleri yürütür. Hayat boyu öğrenmenin önemini benimseyerek,bilim,teknoloji ve çağdaş konular hakkında gelişmeleri izleyerek kendini geliştirir. Yazılı ve sözlü iletişim araçlarını en iyi şekilde kullanır. İkinci öğretim olarak da eğitim vermektedir.

Adayların lise ve dengi okul diplomasına sahip olması ve YÖK'ün ilgili mevzuatı doğrultusunda Öğrenci Seçme ve Yerleştirme Merkezi (ÖSYM) tarafından belirlenen şartları yerine getirmesi gerekmektedir. Ülkemizdeki üniversitelere girecek yabancı öğrencilerin seçimi, Yabancı Öğrenci Sınavı (YÖS) adı verilen merkezi bir sınav sonuçlarına göre, belli bir kontenjan çerçevesinde, yabancı uyruklu öğrenci de kabul edilir.
