| Ölçme ve Değerlendirme Yöntemleri | Üniversitemize 2009 ve öncesinde kayıt olan öğrencilere ve 2009 ve sonrasında kayıt olan öğrencilere uygulanan iki tür yönetmelik bulunmaktadır (Yönetmelik 1-Y1; Yönetmelik 2-Y2). Programda mevcut olan (toplam 120 AKTS) derslerin tümünü başarıyla tamamlamak için 2009 ve öncesi girişli öğrenciler her dersten 100 üzerinden en az 50 puan almış olmalıdır. 2009 ve sonrası girişli öğrenciler ise 4.00 üzerinden en az 2.00 Genel Ağırlıklı Not Ortalaması (GANO) elde etmek zorundadırlar. 2009 ve sonrası girişli öğrencilerin mezun olabilmeleri için öğretim programlarında öngörülen tüm derslerden en az DD notu alarak başarılı olmaları gerekmektedir. Öğrencilerin zorunlu stajlarını belirtilen sürede tamamlamaları da zorunludur. | |

| Giriş Şartı | Yükseköğretim Kurumu (YÖK) tarafından belirlenen yönetmelikler çerçevesinde, bu programa öğrenci kabulü Öğrenci Seçme ve Yerleştirme (ÖSYM) Merkezi tarafından yapılan sınav sistemiyle olmaktadır. Öğrenciler, öğrenim görmek istedikleri program tercihlerini bildirdikten sonra, bu sınavdan aldıkları puana göre bu merkez tarafından ilgili programlara yerleştirilmektedir. Yabancı uyruklu öğrenciler, bu programa uluslararası geçerliliği olan SAT, ACT gibi sınav sonuçlarıyla ya da ortaöğretim mezuniyet notlarına göre kabul edilmektedir (Ön Lisans ve Lisans Programları Yabancı Uyruklu Öğrenci Kabul Yönergesi). Genel Akademik Değişim Protokolü olan programlara öğrencilerin kabulü, Maltepe Üniversitesi ile işbirliği yapılan (partner) üniversite arasında imzalanan ikili anlaşmalar (ERASMUS, FARABİ, vb. gibi.) çerçevesinde yapılmaktadır. - Çocuk Gelişimi Programı’nın amacı, değişen bilim, teknoloji, eğitim ve sağlık gereksinimleri doğrultusunda 0-18 yaş sağlıklı/özel gereksinimli çocuk ve gençlerin gelişimine ve eğitimine destek veren, aileleri ve toplumu çocuğun sağlıklı gelişimi ve eğitimi konusunda aydınlatan bireyler yetiştirmektir. Aynı zamanda çocukların bakımı, korunması, eğitimini üstlenerek, mesleki sorumluluklarının bilincinde, etik değerlere bağlı, yaratıcı ve eleştirel düşünebilen, toplumsal olaylara duyarlı, farklılıklara ve insan haklarına saygılı çocuk gelişimciler yetiştirmektir.

- The objective of the Child Development Programme is to produce individuals who support the development and education of healthy children and youths, or those requiring special care, in pace with changing scientific, technological, educational and health requirements, and who illuminate families and society on the healthy development and educational needs of the child.
- Another objective is to train child development personnel who are capable of taking charge of the care, protection and education of children, who are ethically responsible, who are capable of creative and critical thinking, who are sensitive to social issues, and who are respectful towards diversity and human rights.
