1. Öğretim Programlarının Oluşturulması ve Onaylanması: 1.1. Yükseköğretim kurumlarında tezli yüksek lisans programlarının müfredatı ve her bir programın öğrenciye kazandıracağı öğrenme kazanımlarının neler olacağı, YÖK’ün bu konularda belirlediği temel ilkelere uygun olarak yükseköğretim kurumlarının senatoları tarafından belirlenir. 2. Ölçme-Değerlendirme: Her bir tezli yüksek lisans programının öğrenciye kazandıracağı öğrenme kazanımlarının ölçme ve değerlendirmesinin nasıl yapılacağı, YÖK’ün bu konularda belirlediği temel ilkelere uygun olarak yükseköğretim kurumları tarafından hazırlanan eğitim ve öğretim ve sınav yönetmeliğine göre yürütülür. 3. | Giriş Şartı | Genel kontenjanlardan tezsiz yüksek lisans programlarına kabul edilebilmek için adaylarda aşağıdaki şartlar aranır:

| Başarma Şartları | İstanbul Üniversitesi-Cerrahpaşa Lisansüstü Eğitim Enstitüsü Lisansüstü Yönetmeliği mezuniyet Koşulları geçerlidir. Tezsiz yüksek lisans programı toplam otuz krediden ve 60 AKTS’den az olmamak kaydıyla en az on ders ile dönem projesi dersinden oluşur. Dönem projesi dersi kredisizdir. Tezli ve tezsiz yüksek lisans programlarında başarı notu, 100 puan üzerinden en az 65 puandır. 100 tam puan üzerinden yapılan değerlendirmede küsuratlı notlar en yakın tam sayıya yuvarlanır. | |

- Eğitim Yönetimi Anabilim Dalı, eğitim yönetimi ve denetimi konularına çağdaş, bilimsel, akademik katkılar sağlamak amacıyla yapılandırılmıştır. Eğitim Yönetimi Tezsiz Yüksek Lisans programı, anabilim dalımızda eğitim-öğretim hizmeti yapılarak literatürdeki bilimsel bilginin alanda çalışan öğretmenler ile paylaşılmasını sağlamaktadır.
- Eğitim ve öğretim örgün bir şekilde gerçekleştirilir.
- Türk Eğitim sisteminin genel yapısı, felsefi, sosyal ve tarihsel temelleri hakkında bilgi sahibi olmak.
- Eğitim yönetiminde geleneksel ve güncel yaklaşımlar hakkında bilgi sahibi olmak.

Öğrencilerin ders başarı düzeyleri, dersin özelliğine göre yapılacak olan ara sınav, kısa sınav, kısa ödev, uzun ödev, proje gibi yarıyıl içi tamamlayıcı faaliyetler/uygulamalar ile ölçülür.
Yükseköğretim programlarının niteliğinin gözetilmesi için;
- YÖK, yükseköğretim kurumlarında gerçekleştirilen eğitim ve öğretimle diğer faaliyetlerin planlanması, düzenlenmesi, yönetilmesi ve denetiminden sorumludur.
- YÖK tarafından belirlenen kriterler çerçevesinde her yıl hazırlanan yükseköğretim kurumlarına ait “Üniversite İzleme ve Değerlendirme Raporları” yayımlanır. Bu raporlara göre hazırlanan, yükseköğretim kurumlarına yönelik nicel ve nitel değerlendirmeleri içeren raporlar da YÖK tarafından kamuoyu ile paylaşılır.
- YÖK tarafından her yıl vakıf yükseköğretim kurumlarına ait akademik, idari ve mali verileri içeren “Vakıf Yükseköğretim Kurumları Raporu” yayımlanır. Vakıf yükseköğretim kurumlarına yönelik yapılan nicel ve nitel değerlendirmeleri içeren bu raporlar, YÖK tarafından kamuoyu ile paylaşılır. Yükseköğretimde tezli yüksek lisans programlarının kalite güvencesi şu şekilde sağlanır:

Genel kontenjanlardan tezsiz yüksek lisans programlarına kabul edilebilmek için adaylarda aşağıdaki şartlar aranır:
- Adayların en az lisans derecesine sahip olması gerekir.
- Tezsiz yüksek lisans programlarına öğrenci kabulünde ALES puanı istenmeyebilir. İstenmesi halinde ise adayların ALES veya eşdeğeri sınavdan başvurduğu programın puanı türünde 55 veya karşılığı puandan az olmamak üzere, her başvuru dönemi için Senato tarafından belirlenen puanı almış olmaları gerekir.
(2) Tezsiz yüksek lisans programlarına giriş notunun belirlenmesinde, ALES puanı istenilmesi halinde ALES puanının%50’si, lisans not ortalamasının%20’si ve mülâkat puanının %30’u; ALES puanı istenilmemesi halinde lisans not ortalamasının %50’si ve mülâkat puanının %50’si toplanır.
Tezsiz yüksek lisans programına devam edenler, başvurdukları yükseköğretim kurumunca tezli yüksek lisans programı için belirlenmiş olan asgari şartları yerine getirmek kaydıyla, tezli yüksek lisans programına geçiş yapabilirler.
6/2/2013 tarihinden önce tezsiz yüksek lisans programlarına kayıtlı olan veya mezun olan öğrenciler doktora programlarına başvurabilirler.

The Department of Educational Administration is structured to provide contemporary, scientific and academic contributions to educational administration and supervision. The Non-Thesis Master's Program in Educational Administration provides education and training services in our department and ensures that scientific knowledge in the literature is shared with teachers working in the field.
Education and training is carried out in a formal way.
- To have knowledge about the general structure, philosophical, social and historical foundations of the Turkish education system.
- To have knowledge about traditional and current approaches in educational administration.
- To have knowledge about leadership theories and school leadership in Turkish education system.
