Program Profili (Amaç)

Ergoterapi kişilerin günlük yaşam aktivitelerine katılımını sağlamaktır. Ergoterapi bireylerin ve toplumun ihtiyaç duyduğu aktiviteleri yapabilme becerilerini kazandırmak ve bunları gerçekleştirirken de koruyucu ruh sağlığı ve pozitif psikoloji ilkelerini doğrultusunda çalışmalarını sürdürür. Ergoterapi lisans programı, birebir kişilerle gruplarla veya topluluklarla işbirliği içinde çalışmak için gerekli bilgi, beceri ve davranışlarla donatılan tıbbi, sosyal davranışsal, psikolojik psikososyal ve ergoterapi bilimi alanında geniş bir eğitimi kapsar.

Bölüme öğrenci kabulü, üniversitenin akademik ve yasal mevzuatı çerçevesinde ÖSYM tarafından belirlenen süreçleri tamamlama / sınavları başarma durumunda gerçekleşir.Çerçevesini Yükseköğretim Kurulunun (YÖK) oluşturduğu ilgili yönetmelikler doğrultusunda, bu programa öğrenci kabulü LYS olarak adlandırılan merkezi sınav sistemiyle MF-3 puan türüne göre yapılmaktadır. Öğrenciler, öğrenim görmek istedikleri program tercihlerini bildirdikten sonra bu sınavdan aldıkları puana göre Öğrenci Seçme ve Yerleştirme Merkezi tarafından ilgili programlara yerleştirilmektedir.Yurtiçi veya dışında eşdeğer programda öğrenimine başlamış bir öğrenci yatay geçiş için başvuru yapabilir. Öğrencilerin kabulü dönem başlamadan, her bir öğrencinin şartları ve başvuru yaptığı derece dikkate alınarak incelenir ve özel olarak değerlendirilir. Üniversiteye giriş hakkında daha etraflı bilgi Kurum Tanıtım Kataloğunda mevcuttur.Genel Akademik Değişim Protokolü olan programlara öğrencilerin kabulü, Üsküdar Üniversitesi ile işbirliği yapan üniversiteler arasında imzalanan ikili protokoller (ERASMUS, FARABİ, MEVLANA, vb. gibi.) kapsamında yapılmaktadır. Öğrenciler ilgili akademik birimin onay vermesi durumunda programa kayıt olabilirler. Programa kabul edilecek öğrencilerde dersleri takip edebilecek yeterlilikte dil bilme koşulu aranır.

Başarma ŞartlarıBölümün öğrenim süresi 4 yıldır. Ögrecilerin lisans programından mezun olabilmeleri için 240 AKTS krediyi başarıyla tamamlaması ve genel not ortalamasının 2,0 veya üzerinde olması gerekmektedir. Ayrıca öğrencinin 8. yarıyılda hazırlayacağı Bitirme Projesi ve bu çalışmasına yönelik sözlü bir sunum yapması da istenmektedir.

Ergoterapi kişilerin günlük yaşam aktivitelerine katılımını sağlamaktır. Assessment and evaluation in philosophy department for each course is done via at least one midterm and one final exam. In addition to those, there can be evaluation of quizzes and homeworks. In the evaluation process, the instructor will take into consideration the statistical results of the exam scores students get through the semester and the scores are converted into letter system within the framework of regulations outlined in the directive. In the case of having a GPA, which is calculated according to students’ exam scores, below the average 2.00 for two following semesters; it is not possible for teh student to take any course for the next semester. Students who get AA, BA, BB, CB, or CC are considered to be successful from the relevant course. When DC or DD is gotten from any course, the graduation of the student will be evaluated according to his/her GPA. If the GPA of the student is above 2.00, then the student is claimed to be successful in the course. In the calculation of GPA these letter grades are evaluated with their coefficients in mid semesters/years.Students who get FF are considered unsuccessful, and they have to take the course and fulfill exam and attendance requirements. Quality Assurance-
Access Requirements

Students’ admission to the department takes place in case of the completion/ achievement of the processes and exams determined by OSYM within the framework of universitys academic and legal regulations. In accordance with the relevant regulations, the framework of which is determined by OSYM, the acceptance of students to this program is done via exam center according to state exam called LYS.(Relevant section is MF-3) After students report their preference of the programs they would like to study, they will be placed by ÖSYM according to their scores they get from the state exam. Students, who begin to study an equivalent degree in Turkey or abroad can apply for lateral transfer. Acceptance of students starts before the semester begins; every student’s condition and the degree student is applying to are taken into consideration and examined distinctively. More comprehensive information about university entrance is available in the University Catalog.The acceptance of students to programs that have General Academics Exchange Protocol is done via the protocol (ERASMUS, FARABİ, MEVLANA and so on) that is made between Üsküdar University and partner universities. Students can register to the program in case of approval from the relevant academic unit. It is demanded from the students to have the adequate knowledge of foreign language in order for them to follow the courses.

Assessment and evaluation in philosophy department for each course is done via at least one midterm and one final exam. In addition to those, there can be evaluation of quizzes and homeworks. In the evaluation process, the instructor will take into consideration the statistical results of the exam scores students get through the semester and the scores are converted into letter system within the framework of regulations outlined in the directive. In the case of having a GPA, which is calculated according to students’ exam scores, below the average 2.00 for two following semesters; it is not possible for teh student to take any course for the next semester. Students who get AA, BA, BB, CB, or CC are considered to be successful from the relevant course. When DC or DD is gotten from any course, the graduation of the student will be evaluated according to his/her GPA. If the GPA of the student is above 2.00, then the student is claimed to be successful in the course. In the calculation of GPA these letter grades are evaluated with their coefficients in mid semesters/years.Students who get FF are considered unsuccessful, and they have to take the course and fulfill exam and attendance requirements. Access Requirements

Students’ admission to the department takes place in case of the completion/ achievement of the processes and exams determined by OSYM within the framework of universitys academic and legal regulations. In accordance with the relevant regulations, the framework of which is determined by OSYM, the acceptance of students to this program is done via exam center according to state exam called LYS.(Relevant section is MF-3) After students report their preference of the programs they would like to study, they will be placed by ÖSYM according to their scores they get from the state exam. Students, who begin to study an equivalent degree in Turkey or abroad can apply for lateral transfer. Acceptance of students starts before the semester begins; every student’s condition and the degree student is applying to are taken into consideration and examined distinctively. More comprehensive information about university entrance is available in the University Catalog.The acceptance of students to programs that have General Academics Exchange Protocol is done via the protocol (ERASMUS, FARABİ, MEVLANA and so on) that is made between Üsküdar University and partner universities. Students can register to the program in case of approval from the relevant academic unit. It is demanded from the students to have the adequate knowledge of foreign language in order for them to follow the courses.
