| Further Info | (1) The assessment and grading facilities of e-learning programs can be held either face to face or online with or without proctor by utilizing means of measurement and evaluation methods which are approved by the higher education institutions’ senates (assignment, project, practice, written exam, oral exam etc.), or by a central examination. (2) Midterm exams can be held online without proctor, but finals and make-up examinations should be held live or online under proctor. The place, the way that the exams will be made and which of the additional measurement and evaluation methods like oral examination, performance, project, thesis and portfolio will be used, are decided by the senate based on the suggestion of the institute that performs the education. (3) The assessment and grading facilities which are performed without proctor cannot be count for more than 20% of the general success in e-learning. The methods relevant to the assessment and grading facilities of courses which exists in the e-learning syllabus is announced before the preference phase for newly enrolled students. | Conditions for Success | The aim of the master program is to gain the required information about vocational subject and to show how to use them in application. Master program can be also opened as first-second education, e-learning or mixed program and conducted in accordance with the related regulations. This program consists of 90 ECTS credits including term project and at least 10 courses which are not less than 30 ECTS in total. Term project is evaluated as successful or unsuccessful. Student should enroll the term project and present a written report at the end of the semester. Qualification exam can be held at the end of program in accordance with the rules by suggestion of board of institute and the approval of senate. The sufficient conditions for graduation are the successful completion of all courses taken and having a graduation degree with 2 out of 4. | |
