- Alanındaki sınırlı ya da eksik verileri kullanarak bilimsel yöntemlerle bilgiyi geliştirir, bilimsel, toplumsal ve etik sorumluluk ile kullanır. Alanındaki bir problemi, bağımsız olarak kurgular, çözüm yöntemi geliştirir, çözer, sonuçları değerlendirir ve gerektiğinde uygular.
