Key Learning Outcomes;

Graduates of the programs will be able to;

1. Apply area concepts and theories in various disciplines of business to solve business-related problems.
2. Make decisions using appropriate analytical and quantitative techniques as business leaders.
3. Demonstrate awareness on ethical and environmental issues when dealing with business related problems.
4. Communicate effectively to facilitate information flow in organizational, social, and intercultural contexts related to their fields.
5. Articulate and analyze strategies for promoting creativity and innovation in business practices.
6. Demonstrate teamwork and leadership skills required in a business environment.
7. Analyze how local, regional, and international markets operate, and how economic, social and cultural issues affect business decisions.

Supplementary Learning Outcomes;

Graduates of the programs will be able to;

1. Apply solutions to the current and various environments in an innovative and creative way.
2. Use a foreign language to follow new developments in business and management area and to communicate colleagues from all around the world.
3. Use information and communication technologies along with advanced computer programs used in management.
4. Have research skills to find necessary resources that enable companies to evaluate and solve business-related problems.

(1) High School Diploma (2) Placement through a nation-wide Student Selection and Placement Examinations (3) Certificate of Istanbul Bilgi University English Language Exam (BILET) or acceptable score of TOEFL or similar internationally recognised exams (4) For graduates of short-cycle degree programmes from the same or related fields of studies of vocational schools (MYOs), placement through a nation-wide Vertical Transfer Examination (Dikey Geçiş Sınavı) (5) For foreign students, placement by direct applications of candidates to the university and assessment by the university within the frameworks of the publicly available national and institutional regulations published on the university’s web site

The Graduates of Business Administration Department which has always been the one that had the largest student body, have formed a very close network of alumni ties. We are very proud of our graduates as some are leading their own family businesses, expanding it further beyond the first generation, many have important positions as middle and high level management positions in local and multinational companies and some of them have become expatriate managers who carry the Bilgi University values to the different parts of the world. A large number of our graduates have followed the academic path, and are acting as lecturers in our department or in other universities. But, whatever they are doing, they are following the motto of' 'Dream, so you can catch your stars'.

Qualification is valid indefinitely.
