To raise individuals;

i) who have the necessary basic knowledge, skills and equipment in basic business-related issues (marketing, human resources, accounting, finance, management and production processes), ii) Possess written and verbal communication skills, and able to work in a team, iii) who are ble to communicate in at least one foreign language and use basic information technologies, iv) who are conscious of social responsibility, lifelong learning, and occupational health and safe , and sensitive to environmental and ethical values.

Learning takes place in the form of formal, open or distance education. In addition, practical training is provided in laboratories within higher education institutions or as internships or workplace training in private and public enterprises.

1:  He/she has basic, current and applied information about his/her profession.

2: Gains knowledge about occupational health and safety, environmental awareness and quality processes.

3:  Able to follow current developments and practices in the field of business management and use them effectively.

4:Gains basic knowledge of computer usage and uses information technologies and programs related to his/her profession effectively.

5: Has the ability to independently evaluate professional problems and issues with an analytical and critical approach and propose solutions.

6: Can present his/her thoughts effectively through written and verbal communication at the level of knowledge and skills and expresses them in an understandable manner.

Has the characteristics to take an effective role in group projects and team work, and takes responsibility as a team member to solve the problems encountered in practice related to the field.

8:         Has awareness of career management and lifelong learning.

Has social, scientific, cultural and professional ethical values in the stages of collecting data related to its field, applying it and announcing the results. 10: He/she will have the knowledge of a foreign language at a level that allows him/her to follow the information in his/her field and communicate with his/her colleagues.

11:       Explains the basic concepts of management, management approaches and how all managerial functions are carried out.

Measurement and Evaluation Methods:

-In evaluating students' success in courses; midterm exams, homework, presentations, students' in-class work and final exams are taken into consideration. At least one midterm exam and one final exam are mandatory, and which of the other evaluation methods will be used is determined by the relevant faculty member, taking into account the learning outcomes of the course.

-The passing grade is calculated with 40% of the midterm evaluations and 60% of the final exam grade. Students who have 50 points out of 100 at the end of the term are considered successful in the relevant course if they have also passed the 50 thresholds in the final exam.

-There is a 30-workin days com ulsory internship in the summer term.

In order to monitor the quality of higher education programs;

• YÖK is responsible for planning, organizing, managing and supervising education and training and other activities in higher education institutions.
• "University Monitoring and Evaluation Reports" of higher education institutions prepared within the framework of criteria determined by YÖK are published every year. According to these reports, the reports containing quantitative and qualitative evaluations of higher education institutions are shared with the public by YÖK.

YÖK determines the minimum standards and criteria required for opening associate de ee de artments and ro ams in hi er education institutions.

The curriculum of higher education programs and the learning outcomes that each program will provide to students are determined by the senates of higher education institutions in accordance with the basic principles determined by YÖK on these issues.

How to measure and evaluate the learning outcomes that each undergraduate program will provide to students is carried out in accordance with the education and examination regulations prepared by higher education institutions in accordance with the basic principles determined by YÖK on these issues. Certification: Students enrolled in associate degree programs receive an associate degree diploma if they successfully complete the course credits and other obligations determined by higher education institutions.

Self-Assessment-ExternaI Assessment: In the context of continuous monitoring, higher education institutions enter the "Internal Institutional Assessment Reports" of the previous year into the Information System prepared by the Higher Education Quality Board (YÖKAK) at the beginning of each year.

YÖKAK shares the "Institutional Feedback Report" prepared by YÖKAK regarding the external assessment of higher education institutions with the public, In addition, accreditation decisions made by accreditation institutions authorized or recognized by YÖKAK also show that the quality assurance of the program qualifications is provided.

YÖKAK conducts regular review activities regarding the qualifications determined in accordance with its legislation.

Students are placed by ÖSYM according to their YKS-TYT scores.

A student who has started his/her education in an equivalent program in Turkey or abroad can apply for horizontal transfer.The acceptance of students is examined and evaluated before the semester starts, taking into account the conditions of each student and the degree he/she applied for.

Our graduates can find jobs in accounting-finance, human resources, marketing and public relations departments of public or private institutions; and they can transfer to 4-year faculties of relevant departments through the DGS exam.
