| Giriş Şartı | Türkiye’deki herhangi bir yükseköğretim kurumunda ön lisans ve lisans programlarında öğrenim görebilmek için, öğrencilerin, Öğrenci Seçme ve Yerleştirme Merkezi(ÖSYM) tarafından yapılan ulusal öğrenci seçme sınavına girmeleri zorunludur. Öğrenciler, bu sınavdan aldıkları puana göre, ÖSYM tarafından tercihleri doğrultusunda bu programlara yerleştirilirler. Bunun dışında, Mutfak Sanatları ve Yönetimi lisans programında öğrenim görmek isteyen öğrenciler, ön kayıt yaptırarak Üniversitemiz tarafından hazırlanan özel yetenek sınavına ilaveten girmek zorundadırlar. Yükseköğretim kanununa göre, Meslek Yüksekokulu programlarında öğrenim görmek isteyen öğrenciler, seçecekleri ön lisans programının mezun oldukları meslek liselerindeki alanlarıyla uyumlu olması durumunda iki yıllık ön lisans programlarında öğrenim görmek üzere, sınava girmeden başvuruda bulunabilirler. Apart from this, the students who want to study at Culinary Arts and Management undergraduate program are required to take an additional special exam to meet specific departmental requirements. An exception, however, is recognized, by law, for vocational high school graduates to apply for placement in two-year vocational college programs which are compatible with their high school majors, without an entrance examination.
