- Görev, yetki, hak ve sorumluluklarını, mesleki etik, insan hakları ve sosyal adalet ilkeleri çerçevesinde tanımlar.
- Sosyal hizmet alanının doğasının zorunlu kıldığı disiplinler, uzmanlıklar ve kurumlar arası işbirliğinin gerektirdiği ekip çalışması ilkelerini tanımlar.
- Sosyal hizmet alanında sahip olduğu ileri düzeydeki kuramsal ve uygulamalı bilgiyi istihdam edildiği alanlarda ve/veya bilimsel çalışmalarında kullanır.
