| Learning Environments | The program consists of 240 ECTS credits in total. In order for a student to take the exam of a course s/he has registered, s/he must attend at least 70% of the course and at least 80% of the practice. In addition to midterm and final exams, learning activities such as reports, assignments, seminar presentations and project studies can be used in the performance assessment of the student during the semester. The final admission score should be at least 75 out of 100 in order to be considered successful for the related course. The student can re-enroll for the courses that he/she has failed, or take other graduate courses approved by his/her advisor. In addition, the advisor and the relevant institute can be selected from the courses offered in other higher education institutions with the recommendation of the head of the department and the approval of the Institute Board of Directors. The institute specifies how much of the courses taken from other higher education institutions can be counted from a minimum of 21 credits, provided that they do not exceed nine credits. Students who successfully complete their courses are eligible for the proficiency exam. In the event that student succeeds in this exam, she/he presents her/his thesis proposal before the jury. Student submits the progress and results of his/her thesis verbally to the thesis monitoring commission every six months. Seminar and thesis work is non-credit according to the local credit system and evaluated as successful or unsuccessful. Student has to write the results of his/her thesis in accordance with the thesis writing rules of the relevant institute and defend his/her thesis orally before the jury. After the completion of the thesis exam, the jury decides on the thesis by absolute majority, acceptance, rejection or correction. The student whose thesis is decided to be corrected defends his/her thesis again in front of the same jury within six months at the latest.
