Ölçme ve Değerlendirme Yöntemleri
  • Öğrencilere kayıtlı oldukları yarıyıl/yıl sonunda her ders için bir başarı harf notu verilir.
  • Bu başarı harf notu, dersi veren öğretim elemanı tarafından takdir olunur.
  • Başarı harf notunun takdirinde öğrencinin ara sınav, yarıyıl/yıl sonu sınavı, yarıyıl içi çalışmalarındaki başarısı ile ders ve uygulamalara devamı göz önünde bulundurulur. Bu harf notunun hesaplanması ilgili akademik birim kurulunun önerisi, akademik birimin ilgili kurulunun kararı ve Senatonun onayıyla belirlenir.
  • Öğrencinin başarı notu 100 tam puan üzerinden belirlenir. Bu puana, ham başarı puanı denir.
  • Ham başarı puanı 25,00`ın altında olan öğrenci, doğrudan (FF) notu alarak o dersten başarısız olur. Ham başarı puanı 25,00 ve üstünde olan öğrencinin başarı notu; sınıfın genel durumu, aritmetik ortalamalar ve istatistiksel dağılım dikkate alınarak Üniversite Eğitim Komisyonunun kararı ve Senato onayı ile hazırlanan yöntemlerden biri kullanılmak suretiyle, aşağıda katsayıları ve açılımı belirtilen harf notlarından biri ile değerlendirilir. Bu değerlendirmeden sonra, 25,00 ve üstünde olan ham başarı puanlarının harf notu karşılıklarının (FF) olması mümkündür.

  • D: Devamsız,  G: Girmedi, E: Eksik, (Yarıyıl/yıl sonu sınav başarı harf notlarının kesinleşmesini takip eden üç hafta içerisinde düzeltilmeyen (E) notu (FF)`ye dönüştürülür.) VZ: Dersten çekilme.
  • Bir dersten (AA), (BA), (BB), (CB), (CC), (DC) ve (DD) notlarından birini alan öğrenci o dersi başarmış kabul edilir. Ancak mezun olabilmek için öğrencinin AGNO`sunun en az 2,00 olması gerekir.

Ölçme Seçme ve Yerleştirme Merkezi (ÖSYM) tarafından yapılan merkezi sınav ile öğrenci alınır. Bu programa giriş koşulları, Yükseköğretim Kurumu?nun ilgili mevzuatı doğrultusunda ÖSYM tarafından belirlenir.

Tıbbi Dokümantasyon ve Sekreterlik alanındaki bilimsel bilgiye ulaşma, eleştirel bir yaklaşımla değerlendirme ve uygulayabilme bilgisine sahiptir. Tıbbi Dokümantasyon ve Sekreterlik alanındaki mesleki ve etik değerlerin önemini kavrayarak buna göre çözüm önerileri geliştirir. Temel düzeyde bilişim ve iletişim teknolojileri ve Tıbbi Dokümantasyon ve Sekreterlik alanı ile ilgili temel bilgisayar programlarını kullanır. Ön lisans ve lisans diploması verilebilmesi için,öğrencinin alması gereken dersleri başarı ile tamamlaması ve genel not ortalamasının en az 2.00 olması gerekir. Genel not ortalaması 3.00- 3.50 arasında olan öğrenciler ONUR, 3.51 veya daha yukarı olan öğrenciler YÜKSEK ONUR listesine geçerek mezun olurlar. Bu durum diplomalarında belirtilir. Fakülte tarafından verilecek ön lisans ve lisans diplomaları her düzey için farklı, fakat Gazi Üniversitesinin bütün öğretim kurullarında müşterek olmak üzere düzenlenir. Diploma bir defa verilir. Kaybedilmesi halinde diploma yerine geçecek ve kayıptan dolayı verildiğini belirten fotoğraflı bir belge düzenlenir. Diplomalar Rektör ve Yüksekokul Müdürü tarafından imzalanır. Öğrenim süreci sonunda öğrenciler toplam 120 AKTS (30 AKTS/yarıyıl) kredisini başarı ile tamamladıktan sonra mezun olabilirler.
İlerleme Yolları (İlişki Türü)

Tıbbi Dokümantasyon ve Sekreterlik programından mezun olan öğrenciler, seçtikleri meslekte kazandıkları yeterlikler doğrultusunda; Sağlık sektöründeki Kamu Kurum ve Kuruluşları ile Özel Sağlık Kurum ve Kuruluşlarında Tıbbi Sekreter unvanı ile poliklinik ve klinik bilgi işlem hizmetlerinde, hasta kayıt ve kabulde, istatistik ve insan kaynakları birimlerinde ve tıbbi arşiv hizmetlerinde çalışabilmektedirler.

Bu harf notunun hesaplanması ilgili akademik birim kurulunun önerisi, akademik birimin ilgili kurulunun kararı ve Senatonun onayıyla belirlenir.
  • Öğrencinin başarı notu 100 tam puan üzerinden belirlenir. Bu puana, ham başarı puanı denir.

Ön lisans ve lisans diploması verilebilmesi için,öğrencinin alması gereken dersleri başarı ile tamamlaması ve genel not ortalamasının en az 2.00 olması gerekir. Genel not ortalaması 3.00- 3.50 arasında olan öğrenciler ONUR, 3.51 veya daha yukarı olan öğrenciler YÜKSEK ONUR listesine geçerek mezun olurlar. Bu durum diplomalarında belirtilir. Fakülte tarafından verilecek ön lisans ve lisans diplomaları her düzey için farklı, fakat Gazi Üniversitesinin bütün öğretim kurullarında müşterek olmak üzere düzenlenir. Diploma bir defa verilir. Kaybedilmesi halinde diploma yerine geçecek ve kayıptan dolayı verildiğini belirten fotoğraflı bir belge düzenlenir. Diplomalar Rektör ve Yüksekokul Müdürü tarafından imzalanır. Öğrenim süreci sonunda öğrenciler toplam 120 AKTS (30 AKTS/yarıyıl) kredisini başarı ile tamamladıktan sonra mezun olabilirler.

(1) For each course taken, students are given a letter success grade at the end of the semester/year. (2) This grade is given by the instructor of the course. (3) While evaluating the letter grade, a student?s success at classes, mid-terms/final examinations and attendance to classes are considered. The calculation of the letter grade is determined by the approval of the related academic unit and the Senate. (4) The success grade of a student is calculated over 100 points. This grade is called raw success point. (5) A student whose raw success point is under 25.00 is directly given an FF grade and the student fails the course. The success grade of a student whose raw success point is 25.00 and above is evaluated by using the methods determined by the board decisions of the Educational Commission of the University and the Senate; with the letter grades of which coefficients and explanations are mentioned below. After this evaluation, it is also possible that the raw success points 25.00 and above may become FF letter grades. Article 38- In order to be awarded an associate degree and a bachelors degree, the student must successfully complete the courses and have a minimum GPA of 2.00. Students whose GPA is between 3.00 and 3.50 graduate to the HONOR list and students with 3.51 or higher graduate to the HONOR list and this status is indicated on their diploma. Associate and undergraduate degrees to be given by theFaculty are different for each level, but they are organized jointly in all thefaculty of Gazi University. The diploma is awarded once. In the event of aloss, a certificate will be issued with a photo indicating that the diploma wasgiven due to the loss. Diplomas are signed by the Rector and the Director ofthe School. (1) For each course taken, students are given a letter success grade at the end of the semester/year. (2) This grade is given by the instructor of the course. (3) While evaluating the letter grade, a student?s success at classes, mid-terms/final examinations and attendance to classes are considered. The calculation of the letter grade is determined by the approval of the related academic unit and the Senate. (4) The success grade of a student is calculated over 100 points. This grade is called raw success point. (5) A student whose raw success point is under 25.00 is directly given an FF grade and the student fails the course. The success grade of a student whose raw success point is 25.00 and above is evaluated by using the methods determined by the board decisions of the Educational Commission of the University and the Senate; with the letter grades of which coefficients and explanations are mentioned below.
