Ölçme ve Değerlendirme Yöntemleri	Bilimsel hazırlık programına öğrenci kabulüMADDE 13 – (1) Bilimsel hazırlık, bu Yönetmelik hükümleriyle belirlenen şartları sağlayarak lisansüstü programlara kabul edilen öğrencilerden lisans veya yüksek lisans derecesini başvurdukları lisansüstü programdan farklı alanlarda almış olanlar için anabilim/anasanat dalı başkanlığının uygun görmesi halinde EYK’nın (Enstitü Yönetim Kurulu) kararıyla düzenlenip yürütülen programdır. (2) Bilimsel hazırlık programına kabul edilen öğrencinin başvurmuş olduğu lisansüstü programa başlayabilmesi için bilimsel hazırlık programı derslerine kayıt yaptırarak devam etmesi ve aldığı derslerin tümünden başarılı olması gerekir. (3) Bilimsel hazırlık programında alınması zorunlu dersler, lisansüstü programını tamamlamak için gerekli görülen derslerin yerine geçemez ve lisansüstü öğretimde alınması gereken ders yükünden sayılmaz. Bu derslerden alınan notlar öğrencinin lisansüstü genel not ortalaması hesabına da dâhil edilmez. (4) Bilimsel hazırlık programında alınan dersler, yüksek lisans için lisans; doktora için lisans veya yüksek lisans derslerinden seçilebilir. Bu durumda öğrenci yüksek lisans için lisans; doktora için lisans veya yüksek lisans programının derslerine devam ettirilir. Bu programda alınan dersler lisansüstü programı tamamlamak için gerekli görülen derslerin yerine geçmez ve ortalamaya dâhil edilmezler. Bilimsel hazırlık programı en fazla iki yarıyıldır. Yaz öğretimi bu süreye dâhil edilmez. Bilimsel hazırlık programında alınan dersler en az 4 ders 24 AKTS, en fazla 36 AKTS’yi geçemez. Bilimsel hazırlık programındaki bir öğrenci, bilimsel hazırlık derslerinin yanı sıra lisansüstü programa yönelik dersler de alabilir. (5) Bilimsel hazırlık programına kabul edilen yüksek lisans öğrencisinin başvurmuş olduğu programa başlayabilmesi için bilimsel hazırlık programı derslerinin tümünü en az (CC) notu ile tamamlaması, bilimsel hazırlık programına kabul edilen doktora veya sanatta yeterlik öğrencisinin ise başvurmuş olduğu programa başlayabilmesi için bilimsel hazırlık programı derslerinin tümünü en az CB notu ile tamamlaması gerekir. (6) Bilimsel hazırlık programına alınacak lisansüstü öğrenciler ve alacakları dersler ders kayıt haftasında anabilim/anasanat dalı akademik kurul kararıyla enstitüye bildirilir, EYK tarafından kabul edilen öğrenciler bilimsel hazırlık programına alınır.Özel öğrenci kabulüMADDE 14 – (1) Bir yükseköğretim kurumu mezunu veya öğrencisi olup belirli bir konuda bilgisini artırmak isteyenler, anabilim/anasanat dalı başkanlığının olumlu görüşü ve EYK’nın kararı ile lisansüstü derslere özel öğrenci olarak kabul edilebilirler. (2) Özel öğrenci olarak kabul edilebilmek için;a) Yüksek lisans için anabilim/anasanat dalı başkanlığı tarafından uygun görülen ve EYK tarafından kabul edilen bir lisans diplomasına sahip olmak,b) Doktora için anabilim/anasanat dalı başkanlığı tarafından uygun görülen ve EYK tarafından kabul edilen bir yüksek lisans diplomasına sahip olmak,gerekir. (3) Özel öğrenciler, sadece anabilim/anasanat dalı tarafından açılmış olan ve en az bir lisansüstü öğrencisinin almış olduğu dersleri seçebilir.(4) Özel öğrencilik statüsü bir defa ve iki yarıyıldan fazla süremez. Bu statüde ders alan öğrenciler öğrencilik haklarından yararlanamaz. Bu öğrenciler bir yarıyılda en fazla iki derse kayıt yaptırabilir. Özel öğrenci statüsü ile ilgili devam, ders sınavları, ders notları, derslerden başarılı sayılma koşulları, ders tekrarı ve diğer konularda bu Yönetmelik hükümleri uygulanır. (5) Talebi halinde, özel öğrencilik statüsü sona eren öğrenciye, aldığı dersler veya başarı durumunu gösterir bir belge verilir. (6) Özel öğrenciler, lisansüstü öğrencisi olmaları durumunda, özel öğrenci iken başardıkları en fazla dört adet lisansüstü dersten, daha önce herhangi bir lisans veya lisansüstü programa sayılmamış olması şartıyla, bu dersleri saydırabilirler. Ancak bunun için ders saydırma talebinde bulunulacak dersin başarı notunun, yüksek lisans için en az CC, doktora için en az CB olması koşuluyla, anabilim/anasanat dalı başkanlığının önerisi ve EYK’nın onayı gerekir.Başarı notu ve not dönüşümleriMADDE 23 – (1) Başarı notu, öğrencilerin ara sınav ve yarıyıl sonu sınavından aldıkları notların öngörülen ağırlıklara göre hesaba katılmasıyla belirlenen ham başarı notunun 100’lük not sistemindeki değerinin, bu Yönetmelik hükümleri doğrultusunda oluşturulan çizelgeye göre belirlenen harf notlarından biri olarak verilir. (2) Bir lisansüstü dersten başarılı sayılmak için yüksek lisans programı öğrencilerinin 4,00 üzerinden en az 2,00-CC notu almış olması gerekir. Doktora/sanatta yeterlik öğrencilerinin 4,00 üzerinden en az 2,50-CB notu almış olması gerekir. (3) Öğrenci, kayıtlı bulunduğu programdaki kayıt yaptırmış olduğu zorunlu derslerin tamamını başarmak zorundadır. Seçmeli dersten başarısızlık halinde, öğrenci bu dersi veya ders danışmanının uygun gördüğü başka bir dersi almak ve başarmak zorundadır. Ancak öğrenci, kayıtlı olduğu programın asgari şartlarını yerine getirmiş olması ve diğer tüm dersleri başarı ile tamamlamış olması durumunda başarısız olduğu seçmeli dersi/dersleri tekrarlamak zorunda değildir. (4) Lisansüstü öğreniminde bir öğrencinin derslerini başarı ile tamamlayabilmesi için genel not ortalamasının yüksek lisansta ve doktorada 4,00 üzerinden en az 3,00 olması gerekir. (5) Öğrenciler, danışmanının onayıyla, genel not ortalamalarını yükseltmek amacıyla aynı program içerisinde daha önce alıp başarılı oldukları dersleri tekrar alabilir. Tekrarlanan derste önceki not ne olursa olsun, alınan son not geçerlidir. (6) 100’lük sisteme göre hesaplanan başarı notlarının 4’lük ve harfli sisteme göre karşılıkları, aşağıdaki çizelgede gösterildiği gibidir:Puan Harf Notu Katsayısı 90-100 AA 4,00 85-89 BA 3,50 80-84 BB 3,00 75-79 CB 2,50 70-74 CC 2,00 60-69 DC 1,50 50-59 DD 1,00 30-49 FD 0,50 0-29 FF 0,00 Muaf MF —Devamsız DS — Başarılı B — Başarısız BS — (7) Derse devam yükümlülüklerini ya da ders uygulamalarına ilişkin koşulları yerine getirmediği için yarıyıl sonu sınavına girme hakkını elde edemeyen öğrenciler devamsız (DS) sayılır ve bu durumdaki öğrencilerin harf notu, not ortalaması hesabında (FF) gibi işlem görür. (8) Tez çalışması, seminer, uzmanlık alan dersi ve dönem projesi gibi kredisiz dersler başarılı (B) ya da başarısız (BS) olarak değerlendirilir. Başarı notu (B) veya (BS) ile takdir edilen derslerin notları öğrencinin yarıyıl ve genel not ortalamasına dâhil edilmez. (9) İlgili dersin öğretim üyesi, öğrencilerin başarı notlarını sınav tarihini izleyen yedi gün içinde ilan eder. Sınavlara katılmayan öğrencilere (FF) harf notu verilir. (10) Genel başarı notu, not durum (transkript) belgesinde 4’lük değeri ile gösterilir.SüreMADDE 33 – (1) Tezli yüksek lisans programının süresi bilimsel hazırlıkta geçen süre hariç kayıt olduğu programa ilişkin derslerin verildiği dönemden başlamak üzere, her dönem için kayıt yaptırıp yaptırmadığına bakılmaksızın dört yarıyıl olup, program en çok altı yarıyılda tamamlanır. (2) Dört yarıyıl sonunda öğretim planında yer alan kredili derslerini ve seminer dersini başarıyla tamamlayamayan veya bu süre içerisinde 4,00 üzerinden en az 3,00 genel not ortalamasını sağlayamayan, azami süreler içerisinde ise tez çalışmasında başarısız olan veya tez savunmasına girmeyen öğrencinin Üniversite ile ilişiği kesilir.
Kalite Güvencesi	-
Giriş Şartı	Kahramanmaraş Sütçü İmam Üniversitesi Lisansüstü Eğitim ve Öğretim Yönetmeliği Yüksek Lisans programlarına başvurulara ilişkin esaslar (MADDE 9);(1) Tezli yüksek lisans programına başvurular ve başvuruların değerlendirilme işlemleri, ilgili enstitü müdürlüğü tarafından düzenlenir ve yürütülür.(2) Tezli yüksek lisans programlarına başvuruda aranan şartlar şunlardır: a)İlgili enstitü kurulunun belirlediği alanda lisans diplomasına sahip olmak, b)Tezli Yüksek Lisans programlarında, ALES’den (Akademik Personel ve Lisansüstü Eğitimi Giriş Sınavı) başvurduğu programın puan türünde en az 55 standart puan veya benzeri bir sınavdan eşdeğer kabul gören bir puana sahip olmak. (4) Tezli yüksek lisans öğretimi programlarına başvuruda bulunan adayların başarılı sayılabilmesi için; ALES puanının % 50’si, lisans mezuniyet notunun % 25’i ve mülakat sınavı notunun % 25’i alınarak elde edilecek puanların toplamı en az 60 olmak şartı ile en yüksek puan alan adaydan başlamak üzere kontenjan sayısınca öğrenci başarılı sayılır ve diğerleri yedek olarak ilan edilir. Mülakat sınavına katılmayan öğrenci başarısız sayılır ve sıralamaya alınmaz. Mülakat sınavları yazılı, laboratuvar çalışması ya da Sınav jürisinin belirleyeceği diğer şekillerde yapılabilir. (5) Tıpta uzmanlık eğitimini veya başka bir doktora programını bitirerek yüksek lisans eğitimine başvuranlarda ALES veya TUS’a giriş şartı aranmaz. Bu durumdaki başvurularda sıralama lisansüstü mezuniyet notunun % 50’si ve mülakat sınavı notunun % 50’si alınarak elde edilecek puanların toplamı en az 60 olmak şartı ile en yüksek puan alan adaydan başlamak üzere kontenjan sayısınca öğrenci başarılı sayılır ve diğerleri yedek olarak ilan edilir. Mülakat sınavına katılmayan öğrenci başarısız sayılır ve sıralamaya alınmaz. Mülakat sınavları yazılı, laboratuvar çalışması ya da sınav jürisinin belirleyeceği diğer şekillerde yapılabilir.Fizyoloji Yüksek Lisans Programında lisansüstü öğrenim yapabilmek için sağlık bilimlerinin herhangi bir alanındaki lisans programlarından mezun olmuş olunması gerekmektedir.
Başarma Şartları	SüreMADDE 33 – (1) Tezli yüksek lisans programının süresi bilimsel hazırlıkta geçen süre hariç kayıt olduğu programa ilişkin derslerin verildiği dönemden başlamak üzere, her dönem için kayıt yaptırıp yaptırmadığına bakılmaksızın dört yarıyıl olup, program en çok altı yarıyılda tamamlanır.(2) Dört yarıyıl sonunda öğretim planında yer alan kredili derslerini ve seminer dersini başarıyla tamamlayamayan veya bu süre içerisinde 4,00 üzerinden en az 3,00 genel not ortalamasını sağlayamayan, azami süreler içerisinde ise tez çalışmasında başarısız olan veya tez savunmasına girmeyen öğrencinin Üniversite ile ilişiği kesilir.Tezin sonuçlanmasıMADDE 35 – (1) Tezli yüksek lisans programında eğitim alan bir öğrenci, elde ettiği sonuçları Senato tarafından belirlenen yazım kurallarına uygun biçimde yazar ve tezini jüri önünde sözlü olarak savunur.(2) Yüksek lisans tezinin savunmasından önce ve düzeltme verilen tezlerde ise düzeltme ile birlikte öğrenci tezini tamamlayarak danışmanına sunar. Danışman tezin savunulabilir olduğuna ilişkin görüşü ile birlikte tezi enstitüye teslim eder. Söz konusu teze ilişkin intihal yazılım programı raporu alınır. Rapordaki verilerde gerçek bir intihalin tespiti halinde gerekçesi ile birlikte karar verilmek üzere tez EYK’ya gönderilir.(3) Yüksek lisans tez jürisi, tez danışmanı ve ilgili enstitü anabilim/anasanat dalı başkanlığının önerisi ve EYK onayı ile atanır. Jüri, biri öğrencinin tez danışmanı, en az biri de Üniversite dışından olmak üzere üç veya beş öğretim üyesinden oluşur. Jürinin üç kişiden oluşması durumunda ikinci tez danışmanı jüri üyesi olamaz.(4) Tez çalışmasını tamamlayan öğrenci, tezin istenen sayıda nüshasını tez danışmanına teslim eder. Danışman, tezin yazım kurallarına uygunluğu yönünden yazılı olarak belirttiği görüşü ile tezin nüshalarını anabilim/anasanat dalı başkanlığı aracılığıyla ilgili enstitüye gönderir.(5) Jüri üyeleri, söz konusu tezin kendilerine teslim edildiği tarihten itibaren en geç bir ay içinde toplanarak öğrenciyi tez sınavına alır. Tez sınavı, tez çalışmasının sunulması ve bunu izleyen soru-cevap bölümünden oluşur. Tez sınavı, öğretim elemanları, lisansüstü öğrenciler ve alanın uzmanlarından oluşan dinleyicilerin katılımına açık ortamlarda gerçekleştirilir.(6) Tez sınavının tamamlanmasından sonra jüri tez hakkında salt çoğunlukla kabul, ret veya düzeltme kararı verir. Bu karar enstitü anabilim/anasanat dalı başkanlığınca tez sınavını izleyen üç gün içinde ilgili enstitüye tutanakla bildirilir.(7) Tezi başarısız bulunarak reddedilen öğrencinin Üniversite ile ilişiği kesilir.(8) Tezi hakkında düzeltme kararı verilen öğrenci en geç üç ay içinde düzeltmeleri yapılan tezi aynı jüri önünde yeniden savunur. Bu savunma sonunda da başarısız bulunarak tezi kabul edilmeyen öğrencinin Üniversite ile ilişiği kesilir.(9) Tezi reddedilen öğrencinin talepte bulunması halinde, tezsiz yüksek lisans programının ders kredi yükü, proje yazımı ve benzeri gereklerini yerine getirmiş olmak kaydıyla kendisine tezsiz yüksek lisans diploması verilir.(10) İntihal raporu oranını EYK belirler.(11) Yüksek lisans tez savunma sınavı jürisi ve tez savunma sınavı tarihi, danışman ve anabilim/anasanat dalı başkanlığının önerisi ve EYK kararı ile belirlenir.(12) Enstitü tarafından kabul edilen haklı ve geçerli nedenlerden dolayı yapılamayan tez savunma sınavı bir tutanak ile tespit edilerek anabilim/anasanat dalı başkanlığı tarafından enstitüye bildirilir. Bu durumda enstitü tarafından, bu tarihi izleyen on beş gün içinde yapılmak üzere yeni bir tez savunma sınav tarihi belirlenir.(13) Jüri toplantıları eksik üyeli yapılamaz. Jüri toplantısına mazereti nedeniyle katılamayan asıl üye/üyeler yerine yedek üye/üyeler enstitü tarafından davet edilir. İkinci kez toplanamayan jüriler konusunda yapılacak işleme, EYK karar verir.(14) Tez jürisinin oluşturulmasından, jürinin toplanmasına kadar geçen süreçle ilgili işlemler, enstitü tarafından belirlenen esaslara göre yürütülür.(15) Tez savunma sınavına ilk hakkında veya düzeltme kararından sonraki hakkında mazeretsiz katılmayan öğrenci, tez savunmasından vazgeçmiş sayılır, tezi hakkında ret kararı verilir ve öğrencinin enstitü ile ilişiği kesilir.DiplomaMADDE 36 – (1) Tez sınavında başarılı olmak ve Senato tarafından belirlenen mezuniyet için gerekli diğer koşulları da sağlamak kaydıyla, yüksek lisans tezinin ciltlenmiş en az üç kopyasını tez sınavına giriş tarihinden itibaren bir ay içinde ilgili enstitüye teslim eden ve tezi şekil yönünden uygun bulunan yüksek lisans öğrencisine tezli yüksek lisans diploması verilir. EYK talep halinde teslim süresini en fazla bir ay daha uzatabilir. Bu koşulları yerine getirmeyen öğrenci koşulları yerine getirinceye kadar diplomasını alamaz, öğrencilik haklarından yararlanamaz ve azami süresinin dolması halinde Üniversite ile ilişiği kesilir.(2) Tezli yüksek lisans diploması üzerinde öğrencinin kayıtlı olduğu enstitü anabilim/anasanat dalındaki programın YÖK tarafından onaylanmış adı bulunur. Mezuniyet tarihi tezin sınav jüri komisyonu tarafından imzalı nüshasının teslim edildiği tarihtir.(3) Tezin tesliminden itibaren üç ay içinde yüksek lisans tezinin bir kopyası elektronik ortamda, bilimsel araştırma ve faaliyetlerin hizmetine sunulmak üzere enstitü tarafından YÖK Başkanlığına gönderilir.

Bilimsel hazırlık programına öğrenci kabulüMADDE 13 –
(1) Bilimsel hazırlık, bu Yönetmelik hükümleriyle belirlenen şartları sağlayarak lisansüstü programlara kabul edilen öğrencilerden lisans veya yüksek lisans derecesini başvurdukları lisansüstü programdan farklı alanlarda almış olanlar için anabilim/anasanat dalı başkanlığının uygun görmesi halinde EYK’nın (Enstitü Yönetim Kurulu) kararıyla düzenlenip yürütülen programdır.
(2) Bilimsel hazırlık programına kabul edilen öğrencinin başvurmuş olduğu lisansüstü programa başlayabilmesi için bilimsel hazırlık programı derslerine kayıt yaptırarak devam etmesi ve aldığı derslerin tümünden başarılı olması gerekir.
(3) Bilimsel hazırlık programında alınması zorunlu dersler, lisansüstü programını tamamlamak için gerekli görülen derslerin yerine geçemez ve lisansüstü öğretimde alınması gereken ders yükünden sayılmaz.
Bu derslerden alınan notlar öğrencinin lisansüstü genel not ortalaması hesabına da dâhil edilmez.
(4) Bilimsel hazırlık programında alınan dersler, yüksek lisans için lisans; doktora için lisans veya yüksek lisans derslerinden seçilebilir.
Bu durumda öğrenci yüksek lisans için lisans; doktora için lisans veya yüksek lisans programının derslerine devam ettirilir.
Bu programda alınan dersler lisansüstü programı tamamlamak için gerekli görülen derslerin yerine geçmez ve ortalamaya dâhil edilmezler. Bilimsel hazırlık programı en fazla iki yarıyıldır.

(5) Bilimsel hazırlık programına kabul edilen yüksek lisans öğrencisinin başvurmuş olduğu programa başlayabilmesi için bilimsel hazırlık programı derslerinin tümünü en az (CC) notu ile tamamlaması, bilimsel hazırlık programına kabul edilen doktora veya sanatta yeterlik öğrencisinin ise başvurmuş olduğu programa başlayabilmesi için bilimsel hazırlık programı derslerinin tümünü en az CB notu ile tamamlaması gerekir.
(6) Bilimsel hazırlık programına alınacak lisansüstü öğrenciler ve alacakları dersler ders kayıt haftasında anabilim/anasanat dalı akademik kurul kararıyla enstitüye bildirilir, EYK tarafından kabul edilen öğrenciler bilimsel hazırlık programına alınır.Özel öğrenci kabulüMADDE 14 –
(1) Bir yükseköğretim kurumu mezunu veya öğrencisi olup belirli bir konuda bilgisini artırmak isteyenler, anabilim/anasanat dalı başkanlığının olumlu görüşü ve EYK’nın kararı ile lisansüstü derslere özel öğrenci olarak kabul edilebilirler.
(2) Özel öğrenci olarak kabul edilebilmek için;a) Yüksek lisans için anabilim/anasanat dalı başkanlığı tarafından uygun görülen ve EYK tarafından kabul edilen bir lisans diplomasına sahip olmak,b) Doktora için anabilim/anasanat dalı başkanlığı tarafından uygun görülen ve EYK tarafından kabul edilen bir yüksek lisans diplomasına sahip olmak,gerekir.
(3) Özel öğrenciler, sadece anabilim/anasanat dalı tarafından açılmış olan ve en az bir lisansüstü öğrencisinin almış olduğu dersleri seçebilir.(4) Özel öğrencilik statüsü bir defa ve iki yarıyıldan fazla süremez. Bu statüde ders alan öğrenciler öğrencilik haklarından yararlanamaz. Bu öğrenciler bir yarıyılda en fazla iki derse kayıt yaptırabilir. Özel öğrenci statüsü ile ilgili devam, ders sınavları, ders notları, derslerden başarılı sayılma koşulları, ders tekrarı ve diğer konularda bu Yönetmelik hükümleri uygulanır.
(5) Talebi halinde, özel öğrencilik statüsü sona eren öğrenciye, aldığı dersler veya başarı durumunu gösterir bir belge verilir.
(6) Özel öğrenciler, lisansüstü öğrencisi olmaları durumunda, özel öğrenci iken başardıkları en fazla dört adet lisansüstü dersten, daha önce herhangi bir lisans veya lisansüstü programa sayılmamış olması şartıyla, bu dersleri saydırabilirler. Ancak bunun için ders saydırma talebinde bulunulacak dersin başarı notunun, yüksek lisans için en az CC, doktora için en az CB olması koşuluyla, anabilim/anasanat dalı başkanlığının önerisi ve EYK’nın onayı gerekir.Başarı notu ve not dönüşümleriMADDE 23 –
(1) Başarı notu, öğrencilerin ara sınav ve yarıyıl sonu sınavından aldıkları notların öngörülen ağırlıklara göre hesaba katılmasıyla belirlenen ham başarı notunun 100’lük not sistemindeki değerinin, bu Yönetmelik hükümleri doğrultusunda oluşturulan çizelgeye göre belirlenen harf notlarından biri olarak verilir.
(2) Bir lisansüstü dersten başarılı sayılmak için yüksek lisans programı öğrencilerinin 4,00 üzerinden en az 2,00-CC notu almış olması gerekir. Doktora/sanatta yeterlik öğrencilerinin 4,00 üzerinden en az 2,50-CB notu almış olması gerekir.
(3) Öğrenci, kayıtlı bulunduğu programdaki kayıt yaptırmış olduğu zorunlu derslerin tamamını başarmak zorundadır.
Seçmeli dersten başarısızlık halinde, öğrenci bu dersi veya ders danışmanının uygun gördüğü başka bir dersi almak ve başarmak zorundadır. Ancak öğrenci, kayıtlı olduğu programın asgari şartlarını yerine getirmiş olması ve diğer tüm dersleri başarı ile tamamlamış olması durumunda başarısız olduğu seçmeli dersi/dersleri tekrarlamak zorunda değildir.
(4) Lisansüstü öğreniminde bir öğrencinin derslerini başarı ile tamamlayabilmesi için genel not ortalamasının yüksek lisansta ve doktorada 4,00 üzerinden en az 3,00 olması gerekir.
(5) Öğrenciler, danışmanının onayıyla, genel not ortalamalarını yükseltmek amacıyla aynı program içerisinde daha önce alıp başarılı oldukları dersleri tekrar alabilir. Tekrarlanan derste önceki not ne olursa olsun, alınan son not geçerlidir.

(7) Derse devam yükümlülüklerini ya da ders uygulamalarına ilişkin koşulları yerine getirmediği için yarıyıl sonu sınavına girme hakkını elde edemeyen öğrenciler devamsız (DS) sayılır ve bu durumdaki öğrencilerin harf notu, not ortalaması hesabında (FF) gibi işlem görür.
(8) Tez çalışması, seminer, uzmanlık alan dersi ve dönem projesi gibi kredisiz dersler başarılı (B) ya da başarısız (BS) olarak değerlendirilir.
Başarı notu (B) veya (BS) ile takdir edilen derslerin notları öğrencinin yarıyıl ve genel not ortalamasına dâhil edilmez.
(9) İlgili dersin öğretim üyesi, öğrencilerin başarı notlarını sınav tarihini izleyen yedi gün içinde ilan eder.
Sınavlara katılmayan öğrencilere (FF) harf notu verilir.
(10) Genel başarı notu, not durum (transkript) belgesinde 4’lük değeri ile gösterilir.SüreMADDE 33 –
(1) Tezli yüksek lisans programının süresi bilimsel hazırlıkta geçen süre hariç kayıt olduğu programa ilişkin derslerin verildiği dönemden başlamak üzere, her dönem için kayıt yaptırıp yaptırmadığına bakılmaksızın dört yarıyıl olup, program en çok altı yarıyılda tamamlanır.
(2) Dört yarıyıl sonunda öğretim planında yer alan kredili derslerini ve seminer dersini başarıyla tamamlayamayan veya bu süre içerisinde 4,00 üzerinden en az 3,00 genel not ortalamasını sağlayamayan, azami süreler içerisinde ise tez çalışmasında başarısız olan veya tez savunmasına girmeyen öğrencinin Üniversite ile ilişiği kesilir.

Giriş Şartı

Kahramanmaraş Sütçü İmam Üniversitesi Lisansüstü Eğitim ve Öğretim Yönetmeliği Yüksek Lisans programlarına başvurulara ilişkin esaslar (MADDE 9);(1) Tezli yüksek lisans programına başvurular ve başvuruların değerlendirilme işlemleri, ilgili enstitü müdürlüğü tarafından düzenlenir ve yürütülür.(2) Tezli yüksek lisans programlarına başvuruda aranan şartlar şunlardır: a)İlgili enstitü kurulunun belirlediği alanda lisans diplomasına sahip olmak, b)Tezli Yüksek Lisans programlarında, ALES’den (Akademik Personel ve Lisansüstü Eğitimi Giriş Sınavı) başvurduğu programın puan türünde en az 55 standart puan veya benzeri bir sınavdan eşdeğer kabul gören bir puana sahip olmak. (4) Tezli yüksek lisans öğretimi programlarına başvuruda bulunan adayların başarılı sayılabilmesi için; ALES puanının % 50’si, lisans mezuniyet notunun % 25’i ve mülakat sınavı notunun % 25’i alınarak elde edilecek puanların toplamı en az 60 olmak şartı ile en yüksek puan alan adaydan başlamak üzere kontenjan sayısınca öğrenci başarılı sayılır ve diğerleri yedek olarak ilan edilir. Mülakat sınavına katılmayan öğrenci başarısız sayılır ve sıralamaya alınmaz. Mülakat sınavları yazılı, laboratuvar çalışması ya da Sınav jürisinin belirleyeceği diğer şekillerde yapılabilir. (5) Tıpta uzmanlık eğitimini veya başka bir doktora programını bitirerek yüksek lisans eğitimine başvuranlarda ALES veya TUS’a giriş şartı aranmaz. Bu durumdaki başvurularda sıralama lisansüstü mezuniyet notunun % 50’si ve mülakat sınavı notunun % 50’si alınarak elde edilecek puanların toplamı en az 60 olmak şartı ile en yüksek puan alan adaydan başlamak üzere kontenjan sayısınca öğrenci başarılı sayılır ve diğerleri yedek olarak ilan edilir. Mülakat sınavına katılmayan öğrenci başarısız sayılır ve sıralamaya alınmaz. Mülakat sınavları yazılı, laboratuvar çalışması ya da sınav jürisinin belirleyeceği diğer şekillerde yapılabilir.Fizyoloji Yüksek Lisans Programında lisansüstü öğrenim yapabilmek için sağlık bilimlerinin herhangi bir alanındaki lisans programlarından mezun olmuş olunması gerekmektedir.

Başarma Şartları

SüreMADDE 33 – (1) Tezli yüksek lisans programının süresi bilimsel hazırlıkta geçen süre hariç kayıt olduğu programa ilişkin derslerin verildiği dönemden başlamak üzere, her dönem için kayıt yaptırıp yaptırmadığına bakılmaksızın dört yarıyıl olup, program en çok altı yarıyılda tamamlanır.(2) Dört yarıyıl sonunda öğretim planında yer alan kredili derslerini ve seminer dersini başarıyla tamamlayamayan veya bu süre içerisinde 4,00 üzerinden en az 3,00 genel not ortalamasını sağlayamayan, azami süreler içerisinde ise tez çalışmasında başarısız olan veya tez savunmasına girmeyen öğrencinin Üniversite ile ilişiği kesilir.Tezin sonuçlanmasıMADDE 35 – (1) Tezli yüksek lisans programında eğitim alan bir öğrenci, elde ettiği sonuçları Senato tarafından belirlenen yazım kurallarına uygun biçimde yazar ve tezini jüri önünde sözlü olarak savunur.(2) Yüksek lisans tezinin savunmasından önce ve düzeltme verilen tezlerde ise düzeltme ile birlikte öğrenci tezini tamamlayarak danışmanına sunar. Danışman tezin savunulabilir olduğuna ilişkin görüşü ile birlikte tezi enstitüye teslim eder. Söz konusu teze ilişkin intihal yazılım programı raporu alınır. Rapordaki verilerde gerçek bir intihalin tespiti halinde gerekçesi ile birlikte karar verilmek üzere tez EYK’ya gönderilir.(3) Yüksek lisans tez jürisi, tez danışmanı ve ilgili enstitü anabilim/anasanat dalı başkanlığının önerisi ve EYK onayı ile atanır. Jüri, biri öğrencinin tez danışmanı, en az biri de Üniversite dışından olmak üzere üç veya beş öğretim üyesinden oluşur. Jürinin üç kişiden oluşması durumunda ikinci tez danışmanı jüri üyesi olamaz.(4) Tez çalışmasını tamamlayan öğrenci, tezin istenen sayıda nüshasını tez danışmanına teslim eder. Danışman, tezin yazım kurallarına uygunluğu yönünden yazılı olarak belirttiği görüşü ile tezin nüshalarını anabilim/anasanat dalı başkanlığı aracılığıyla ilgili enstitüye gönderir.(5) Jüri üyeleri, söz konusu tezin kendilerine teslim edildiği tarihten itibaren en geç bir ay içinde toplanarak öğrenciyi tez sınavına alır. Tez sınavı, tez çalışmasının sunulması ve bunu izleyen soru-cevap bölümünden oluşur. Tez sınavı, öğretim elemanları, lisansüstü öğrenciler ve alanın uzmanlarından oluşan dinleyicilerin katılımına açık ortamlarda gerçekleştirilir.(6) Tez sınavının tamamlanmasından sonra jüri tez hakkında salt çoğunlukla kabul, ret veya düzeltme kararı verir. Bu karar enstitü anabilim/anasanat dalı başkanlığınca tez sınavını izleyen üç gün içinde ilgili enstitüye tutanakla bildirilir.(7) Tezi başarısız bulunarak reddedilen öğrencinin Üniversite ile ilişiği kesilir.(8) Tezi hakkında düzeltme kararı verilen öğrenci en geç üç ay içinde düzeltmeleri yapılan tezi aynı jüri önünde yeniden savunur. Bu savunma sonunda da başarısız bulunarak tezi kabul edilmeyen öğrencinin Üniversite ile ilişiği kesilir.(9) Tezi reddedilen öğrencinin talepte bulunması halinde, tezsiz yüksek lisans programının ders kredi yükü, proje yazımı ve benzeri gereklerini yerine getirmiş olmak kaydıyla kendisine tezsiz yüksek lisans diploması verilir.(10) İntihal raporu oranını EYK belirler.(11) Yüksek lisans tez savunma sınavı jürisi ve tez savunma sınavı tarihi, danışman ve anabilim/anasanat dalı başkanlığının önerisi ve EYK kararı ile belirlenir.(12) Enstitü tarafından kabul edilen haklı ve geçerli nedenlerden dolayı yapılamayan tez savunma sınavı bir tutanak ile tespit edilerek anabilim/anasanat dalı başkanlığı tarafından enstitüye bildirilir. Bu durumda enstitü tarafından, bu tarihi izleyen on beş gün içinde yapılmak üzere yeni bir tez savunma sınav tarihi belirlenir.(13) Jüri toplantıları eksik üyeli yapılamaz. Jüri toplantısına mazereti nedeniyle katılamayan asıl üye/üyeler yerine yedek üye/üyeler enstitü tarafından davet edilir. İkinci kez toplanamayan jüriler konusunda yapılacak işleme, EYK karar verir.(14) Tez jürisinin oluşturulmasından, jürinin toplanmasına kadar geçen süreçle ilgili işlemler, enstitü tarafından belirlenen esaslara göre yürütülür.(15) Tez savunma sınavına ilk hakkında veya düzeltme kararından sonraki hakkında mazeretsiz katılmayan öğrenci, tez savunmasından vazgeçmiş sayılır, tezi hakkında ret kararı verilir ve öğrencinin enstitü ile ilişiği kesilir.DiplomaMADDE 36 – (1) Tez sınavında başarılı olmak ve Senato tarafından belirlenen mezuniyet için gerekli diğer koşulları da sağlamak kaydıyla, yüksek lisans tezinin ciltlenmiş en az üç kopyasını tez sınavına giriş tarihinden itibaren bir ay içinde ilgili enstitüye teslim eden ve tezi şekil yönünden uygun bulunan yüksek lisans öğrencisine tezli yüksek lisans diploması verilir. EYK talep halinde teslim süresini en fazla bir ay daha uzatabilir. Bu koşulları yerine getirmeyen öğrenci koşulları yerine getirinceye kadar diplomasını alamaz, öğrencilik haklarından yararlanamaz ve azami süresinin dolması halinde Üniversite ile ilişiği kesilir.(2) Tezli yüksek lisans diploması üzerinde öğrencinin kayıtlı olduğu enstitü anabilim/anasanat dalındaki programın YÖK tarafından onaylanmış adı bulunur. Mezuniyet tarihi tezin sınav jüri komisyonu tarafından imzalı nüshasının teslim edildiği tarihtir.(3) Tezin tesliminden itibaren üç ay içinde yüksek lisans tezinin bir kopyası elektronik ortamda, bilimsel araştırma ve faaliyetlerin hizmetine sunulmak üzere enstitü tarafından YÖK Başkanlığına gönderilir.

Learning Environments	TimeARTICLE 33 - (1) The duration of the Masters program with thesis is four semesters regardless of whether it is registered for each semester starting from the period in which the courses related to the program are enrolled, except for the time spent in the scientific preparation, and the program is completed in six semesters at most.(2) At the end of four semesters, students who do not successfully complete credit courses and seminar courses in the teaching plan or fail to achieve a GPA of at least 3.00 over 4.00, who fail in the thesis study or who do not participate in the thesis defense within the maximum period of is dismissed.Conclusion of the thesisARTICLE 35 - (1) A student who is educated in the master program with thesis has written the results according to the spelling rules determined by the Senate and defends his / her thesis orally before the jury.(2) The student completes the thesis and submits the thesis to his / her supervisor before the defense of the master thesis and in the revised thesis. The counselor submits the thesis to the Institute together with his / her opinion that the thesis is defensible. Plagiarism software program report is taken for this thesis. In case of detecting a true plagiarism in the data in the report, the thesis is sent to EYK to be decided together with its justification.(3) Masters thesis jury, thesis supervisor and the relevant institute are appointed with the proposal of the head of the department and the approval of the EYK. The jury consists of three or five faculty members, one of whom is a students thesis advisor and at least one is outside the University. If the jury consists of three persons, the second thesis advisor cannot be a jury member.(4) The student completing the thesis study submits the requested number of copies to the thesis advisor. The counselor sends the copies of the thesis to the related institute through the presidency of the department / head of department with the opinion of the thesis stated in writing in terms of compliance with the spelling rules.(5) The jury members convene at the latest within one month from the date of the submission of the thesis to the thesis and take the student for a thesis examination. The thesis exam consists of the presentation of the thesis work and the following question-answer section. The thesis examination is conducted in an open environment for the participation of listeners, graduate students and experts of the field.(6) After the completion of the thesis examination, the jury makes a decision of acceptance, rejection or correction by a simple majority about the thesis. This decision shall be notified to the related institute by the chair of the institute department within three days following the thesis examination.(7) Students who have been dismissed as failures are dismissed from the University.(8) The student, who is given a correction decision about his thesis, re-defends the thesis, which is revised in three months, in front of the same jury. Students who fail to find a thesis in the end of this defense will be dismissed from the University.(9) If the student whose thesis is rejected, he / she will be awarded a masters degree without thesis provided that he / she fulfills the requirements of the course credit load, project writing and the like.(10) The rate of the plagiarism report is determined by the ECC.(11) The thesis thesis defense exam jury and thesis defense exam date shall be determined by the proposal of the head of the department, the advisor and the department.(12) The thesis defense exam, which cannot be done due to justified and valid reasons accepted by the Institute, is determined by a report and notified to the institute by the department. In this case, a new thesis defense exam date will be determined by the institute within fifteen days following this date.(13) Jury meetings may not be held as incomplete members. The substitute member / members are invited by the institute instead of the principal member / members who cannot attend the jury meeting due to an excuse. In the case of the jury, which cannot be collected for the second time, the EYK decides.(14) Procedures related to the process from the creation of the thesis jury to the collection of the jury are carried out according to the principles determined by the institute.(15) Students who do not attend the thesis defense exam after the first or final decision about the thesis are deemed to have rejected the defense of the thesis. The student is dismissed from the thesis.DiplomaARTICLE 36 - (1) Students who submit at least three copies of the masters thesis submitted to the related institute within one month from the date of entry to the thesis exam and that the thesis is found suitable in terms of form, provided that the thesis examination is successful and the other conditions for graduation are determined by the Senate. The graduate student is awarded a masters degree with a thesis. On request, EYK can extend the delivery time by a maximum of one month. The student who does not fulfill these conditions cannot get his / her diploma until he / she meets the conditions, cannot benefit from the student rights and will be dismissed from the university if the maximum period expires.(2) The masters degree with thesis consists of the name approved by the Council of Higher Education (CoHE). The date of graduation is the date on which the thesis is signed by the exam jury commission.(3) Within three months after the submission of the thesis, a copy of the Masters thesis is sent to the Council of Higher Education by the institute in order to be presented to the service of scientific research and activities in electronic environment.

Further Info	Admission of students to scientific preparation programARTICLE 13 - (1) Scientific preparation is based on the decision of EYK (Institute Administrative Board) upon the approval of the head of the department for the students who are accepted to graduate programs by fulfilling the conditions determined by the provisions of this Regulation and who have received their bachelors or masters degree in different fields from the graduate program in which they apply. The program is organized and executed. (2) In order to start the graduate program applied to the students who are admitted to the scientific preparatory program, they must continue by registering with the scientific preparatory program courses and must be successful in all the courses they take. (3) The compulsory courses in the scientific preparation program cannot replace the courses required to complete the graduate program and do not count towards the course load to be taken in graduate education. The grades taken from these courses are not included in the students postgraduate GPA. (4) Courses taken in the scientific preparation program; can be selected from undergraduate or graduate courses for doctorate. In this case the license for the student graduate; the courses of the bachelors or masters degree programs are continued. The courses taken in this program do not replace the courses required to complete the graduate program and are not included in the average. Scientific preparation program is maximum two semesters. Summer education is not included in this period. The courses taken in the scientific preparation program can not exceed 4 courses and 24 ECTS, 36 ECTS. A student in the scientific preparation program can take courses for graduate program as well as scientific preparation courses. (5) In order for the graduate student who is accepted to the scientific preparatory program to complete the program he / she has applied to, he / she must complete all the scientific preparatory program courses with a (CC) grade; in order to start the program that the student who is accepted to the scientific preparation program or to start the program that the proficiency student has he must complete all with at least CB grade. (6) Graduate students who will be taken into the scientific preparation program and the courses they take will be notified to the institute by the academic board decision in the academic week of the course registration. Students accepted by EYK are taken to the scientific preparatory program.Acceptance of special studentsARTICLE 14 - (1) Those who are graduates or students of a higher education institution and who want to increase their knowledge on a certain subject can be accepted as special students in graduate courses with the positive opinion of the department and the decision of the EYK. (2) In order to be accepted as a special student;a) To have a bachelors degree which is approved by the Presidency of the Department and approved by EYK,b) To have a masters degree approved by the Presidency of the Department and approved by EYK,must. (3) Special students may only choose courses from at least one graduate student who has been opened by the department. (4) Special student status cannot last more than two semesters. Students taking this status cannot benefit from student rights. These students can register for a maximum of two courses in a semester. The provisions of this Regulation shall be applied for the continuation of special student status, course exams, lecture notes, conditions for successful courses, course repetition and other subjects. (5) In case of request, the student whose special student status is over is given a document indicating the courses he / she received or the status of success. (6) Special students may count these courses as long as they are graduate students, provided that they have not been enrolled in any undergraduate or graduate programs until they have received a maximum of four postgraduate courses. However, for this, the course grade will be required to be submitted to the course, the minimum CC for the masters degree, if the doctor for at least the CB, the proposal of the department and the approval of EYKs approval is required.Success grade and note conversionsARTICLE 23 - (1) The grade of achievement is given as one of the letter grades determined according to the schedule formed in accordance with the provisions of this Regulation, the value of the raw achievement grade determined in the midterm and final exam is determined by taking the grades taken from the final exam into consideration. (2) In order to be considered successful in a graduate course, students of the graduate program must have at least 2,00-CC out of 4,00. Ph.D. / Proficiency in Art students must have at least 2.50-CB grade from 4.00. (3) The student has to pass all the compulsory courses that he / she has registered in the program. Admission of students to scientific preparation programARTICLE 13 - (1) Scientific preparation is based on the decision of EYK (Institute Administrative Board) upon the approval of the head of the department for the students who are accepted to graduate programs by fulfilling the conditions determined by the provisions of this Regulation and who have received their bachelors or masters degree in different fields from the graduate program in which they apply. The program is organized and executed. (2) In order to start the graduate program applied to the students who are admitted to the scientific preparatory program, they must continue by registering with the scientific preparatory program courses and must be successful in all the courses they take. (3) The compulsory courses in the scientific preparation program cannot replace the courses required to complete the graduate program and do not count towards the course load to be taken in graduate education. The grades taken from these courses are not included in the students postgraduate GPA. (4) Courses taken in the scientific preparation program; can be selected from undergraduate or graduate courses for doctorate. In this case the license for the student graduate; the courses of the bachelors or masters degree programs are continued. The courses taken in this program do not replace the courses required to complete the graduate program and are not included in the average. Scientific preparation program is maximum two semesters. Summer education is not included in this period. The courses taken in the scientific preparation program can not exceed 4 courses and 24 ECTS, 36 ECTS. A student in the scientific preparation program can take courses for graduate program as well as scientific preparation courses. (5) In order for the graduate student who is accepted to the scientific preparatory program to complete the program he / she has applied to, he / she must complete all the scientific preparatory program courses with a (CC) grade; in order to start the program that the student who is accepted to the scientific preparation program or to start the program that the proficiency student has he must complete all with at least CB grade. (6) Graduate students who will be taken into the scientific preparation program and the courses they take will be notified to the institute by the academic board decision in the academic week of the course registration. Students accepted by EYK are taken to the scientific preparatory program.Acceptance of special studentsARTICLE 14 - (1) Those who are graduates or students of a higher education institution and who want to increase their knowledge on a certain subject can be accepted as special students in graduate courses with the positive opinion of the department and the decision of the EYK. (2) In order to be accepted as a special student;a) To have a bachelors degree which is approved by the Presidency of the Department and approved by EYK,b) To have a masters degree approved by the Presidency of the Department and approved by EYK,must. (3) Special students may only choose courses from at least one graduate student who has been opened by the department. (4) Special student status cannot last more than two semesters. Students taking this status cannot benefit from student rights. These students can register for a maximum of two courses in a semester. The provisions of this Regulation shall be applied for the continuation of special student status, course exams, lecture notes, conditions for successful courses, course repetition and other subjects.
