- Tıp tarihi, tıp etiği, biyoetik alanlarında bağımsız çalışmalar yürütebilir.literatürü inceleyerek değerlendirir.
- Alan ile ilgili konularda bilimsel yöntem kullanarak hazırladığı özgün çalışmayı yazılı ve sözlü olarak aktarabilir.
- Araştırma ve yayın etiği kurallarını bilir, çalışmalarını bu doğrultuda yürütür.
- Çalışma alanının bağlantılı olduğu tıp, hemşirelik, eczacılık, diş hekimliği, biyoloji, tarih, felsefe, sosyoloji, hukuk gibi disiplinlere ait bilgileri kullanarak değerlendirme yapabilir.
- Etik sorunları fark eder, değerlendirme yapar ve çözüm yolları üretir.
- Türk-İslam tıp tarihinin dünya tarihi içerisindeki yerini ve önemini öğrenir.
