| Ölçme ve Değerlendirme Yöntemleri | Öğrenciler her ders için en az bir ara sınav, bir dönem sonu sınavı olmak üzere iki aşamada değerlendirmeye tâbi tutulmaktadır. Ara sınavlar dışında kısa sınavlar, projeler ve öğretim elemanının uygun gördüğü diğer faaliyetler yapılabilir. Bu faaliyetlerin sayısı ve başarı notuna katkısı öğretim elemanı tarafından ders planında belirtilir. Geçme notu tespit edilirken, ara sınav % 40, dönem sonu sınavı da % 60 oranında etkili olmaktadır. Tüm sınavlar 100 puan üzerinden değerlendirilmektedir. Öğrencinin başarı notu hesaplanırken aldığı not bağıl sistemde harf notuna dönüştürülmektedir. Öğrencinin, bir dersten başarılı sayılabilmesi için en az harf notu olarak CC alması gerekir. GANO’su en az 2.00 olan öğrenciler (DC) ve (DD) notu aldıkları derslerden de başarılı sayılır. Başarısız dersi olmayan, fakat GANO’su 2.00’ın altında olan öğrenciler, mezun olabilmek için öncelikle (DC) ve (DD) olan derslerini yeniden alarak GANO’larını 2.00’ın üzerine çıkarmak zorundadır. Programı başarıyla tamamlamak için programda mevcut olan derslerin tümünü (240 AKTS karşılığı) geçmek ve 4.00 üzerinden en az 2.0 ağırlıklı not ortalaması elde etmek gerekmektedir. | |

| Further Info | Evaluation criteria for each course are determined by the faculty who is offering the course and are announced in the course syllabus at the beginning of the semester. The students take at least one midterm and one final exam in the scope of each enrolled course. In addition to these, quizzes, home works and projects that are determined by the faculty in the syllabus can also be involved in the evaluation criteria. At the end of the year, the grades of the students are calculated by the contribution of midterm and final exam grades, in-year activities and participation in the class. The department administration informs the Student Affairs about the courses that will not have midterm or final exams. At the end of the semester, the faculty responsible for that particular course conveys the grades and evaluation criteria to the Student Affairs. To be successful from a course, a student must achieve at least DD from that course. If a student gets FF or FD from a course, has too many absents or fails from a non-credit course, the student repeats that course when it becomes available and cannot enroll the courses that it is prerequisite of. At the end of the semester, the course grades are given as letter grades. Beginning from the end of the second semester, the GPAs of the students are monitored. The students with a GPA lower than 1.80 repeat their last semester. In the final semester, they repeat all the courses with grades lower than DD. Moreover, with the approval of their advisor, they can enroll to additional courses whose number is equal to the courses that they got CC grade and above in the last semester. The students with a GPA 2.00 are considered successful in that semester. The student must have succeeded all his courses in the programme. In this programme, the student is expected to get 240 ECTS credit and his average grade is expected to be at least 2.00 out of 4.00. | |

- To be able to locate Turkish literature into a place where the Turkish cultural continuity takes place from the history to the present, and see the relations between nation and literature.
- To be able to speak and write standart.
- Turkish with respect to phonetic, phonologic, morphologic and syntactic features.

- To be able to know the uppermost figures and representatives of classical Turkish literature, and being able to know, understand and analyse their outstanding works.

- To be able to earn and have information about modern Turkish literature, its periods, its uppermost figures and its literary movements/groups/works.
