Courses are taught as a semester and at least one mid-term and a final exam are held for each course. In addition, application evaluation is done for applied courses.In order to graduate from the Faculty of Theology, 240 ACTS courses must be successfully completed.

For entrance to the Faculty of Theology, the University Entrance Examination (LYS-AYT Verbal Score Type) is taken as a basis by OSYM.

Graduates of the Faculty of Theology are being employed as Vocational Lessons and Religious Culture teachers in the religious services field which is carried out by Religious Affairs Administration in İmam Hatip schools attached to the Ministry of National Education.
