Fizyoterapi, önlisans programı , mesleki eğitim ve uygulama ağırlıklı bir önlisans programı olup, mezunlarına, fizik tedavi alanında çalışan sağlık profesyonellerine yardımcı olmak, profesyonellerin ve alanla ilgili kurumların ihtiyaçlarını karşılamaya yönelik temel düzeyde bilgi ve pratik uygulama yeterlilikleri kazandırmak için tasarlanmıştır.
- Alanı ile ilgili olan cihazları kullanır.
- İletişim becerilerine sahip olup takım çalışmasına yatkındır (hasta, hasta yakını, birlikte çalıştığı meslektaşı, FTR hekimi, fizyoterapist, ortez-protez teknikeri, hemşire, psikolog ve yardımcı personel ile etkili iletişim kurabilir).
- Mesleki sorumluluğu taşıyabilmede yeterli olmak.
- Uygulamada yeterince pratiğe sahip olmak.
- İlgili sorunları edindiği eğitim sonucunda tanımlayabilmek.
- Fizyoterapi uygulamalarını çağdaş yaklaşımlar doğrultusunda gerçekleştirir.
- Fizyoterapi ünitelerinde hastalar ve sağlık personeli için gerekli güvenlik önlemlerini alır.
- Kurallara uygun olarak fizyoterapi ünitelerini kullanır.
- Bireysel gelişimini destekleyen ilave yeterlilikleri kazanmayı benimser.
