- Uluslararası ilişkiler alanından ve temel alt dallarından olan Uluslararası İlişkiler, Siyasi Tarih, Uluslararası Ekonomik Entegrasyonlar, Devletler Hukuku, Dış Politika gibi güncel bilgilerle ve bilimsel kaynaklarla desteklenen ileri düzeyde kuramsal ve/veya uygulamalı bilgileri kavrar.
- Uluslararası ilişkilerin tarihsel seyri, kurumsal altyapısı, kurum ve teorileri hakkında ileri düzeyde kavramsal bilgileri tanımlar.
- Alanı ile ilgili edindiği teorik bilgileri uygulama ile bütünleştirerek içinde çalıştığı sistemin geliştirilmesinde alanında sahip olduğu ileri düzeydeki bilgiyi kullanır.
